Hello
Presently we have a Panny ES-10 recorder that's been excellent in everything we've thrown at it including movies off a Casio digital camera. However I really wish I could record DTS/D.D. I recently saw this Samsung and it seems to have some good features especially DTS/D.D recording and 1080i upconvert.
However I saw a picture of the backside and I see a all sorts of outputs like HDMI, Component, Digital but not much inputs. Am I missing something about recording DTS/D.D? The reason for the upconvertsion feature is we're still using a decent RPTV (Mits Silver 42") that works just fine. Is this player/recorder worthwhile to replace the Panny or just hold off a bit longer? Thanks
