Anyways, I want to put handrails on the side walls above the sound treatment which is about 42" high. The rest of the wall is baron so I need something there to give it that wow factor. Being that there is no wood in the entire room traditional stair rail types probably wouldnt look so good.

So I need some ideas. Can I see yours?

You can get 1 1/2 inch round metal tubing in various finishes for about $10 ft.

Look at bar foot rails and use handrail brackets.

Or, you can paint wood with Behr metalic paints:
