Does anyone have any experience with these? This would allow me to set up my entire surround sound speaker system without shoving wire through the walls, my gf think they are the greatest things ever... I think she just doesn't trust me cutting holes in the walls.

They work just as well usually just cost a bit more. I've used them in the past and they work well if you want to avoid cutting holes in the wall and you can paint over most hiding them even more ;)
