Greetings,
I have a Toshiba 27 inch FX55 Tube TV. On any input other then RGB (Component) the TV automatically increases brightness. This was always the case since new so it is not a defect.

1. Can this feature be turned off from the service menu?
2. If the feature cannot be turned off is there a way to “hard configure” the picture setting from the service menu for the different inputs?
