TW has supplied me with 2 Motorola 3416 boxes after my Moxi units died. Boxes are OK other than we really liked the Moxi interface (could eliminate channels from the guide) much more.
However, getting the run-around on PIP. Neither box seems to be functioning in this area. Tech support is all over the map on this (as usual). Had to explain to one person what PIP is. Was told that this was a function of the television, even though their website clearly says that it is a function of the box. On-line Tech Support tells me to call Tech support even though they don't know anything about it.
Any ideas out there about how to get this working?
