Hey guys my contractor is having a bear of a time making cuts on thick acoustical cotton blankets. Their utility tool isn't "cutting" it.
Any recommendations for a good cutting tool?
I ran into this on the web:

Lonny:
I ran into this problem too. The insulation knife just didn't "cut it" for me.
I used a very VERY sharp knife, about 8" long, and sharpened it about every three cuts. MAKE SURE YOU USE HEAVY, HEAVY DUTY GLOVES!!!!!
Mine was a Henckles Five Star carving knife. (Don't tell the boss ;)
Worked great!
Best,
