Just got the ViP622 installed in a 2-TV mode. The HD feed goes to a Panny 58" HDTV and the SD feed to my old Sony 50" RPTV. Was trying out the diffeent features of the DVR and hit a snag right away. Whenever I hit the RECORD button to record the program I am watching, I get an error 'Unable to acquire progam information" .

What could be wrong ?. Incorrect connection ?.

Please help !
