First time Plasma owner here and I must admit I am a little intimidated by ALL the info out there on calibrating your tv.

I purchased the TV from Circuit City and it came with a Calibration DVD, however I was not too happy with the results of that DVD. Can someone recomend a better calibration DVD? I am aware that the AVIA one is very good however wasnt it made in 1999? Are they coming out with a new one?
Anyinfo you can give me on Calibrating my plasma would be appreciated.

Thank you

I would strongly recommend the Digital Video Essentials HD DVD. You will be able to calibrate your panasonic in HD, not SD. Of course if you don't want to take the risk on supporting HD DVD, that's quite understandable. Otherwise AVIA or DVE calibration discs should be fine for calibrating your display.
