I would like to know who do you guys usually reference when looking for HD DVD reviews. I dont just like to buy movies that ive never seen or dont know what the picture look like. I like to read reviews on the picture first and i would like to know the best places to go to get consistent reviews that accurately detail what ill be buying.

These are two I use most. Always has pretty accurate info and news. If not they will correct it. Trustworthy none the less.

I personally rely on High-Def Digest, DVDtalk, and David Vaughn at Home Theater Spot. All three seem to be wholly unbiased and very descriptive about what they see and hear.

I trust Richard Harris over on HTF.
You must mean Robert Harris. But yes, he definitely has the most intimate knowledge about most of these video transfers and is a perfect resource.
