Opus Arte sent me the wrong item. This was my first oder with them. I ordered the HD DVD version of the Swan Lake (Tchaikovsky) by the Paris Opera Ballet at 26.99 UK Pounds and, even though the Invoice shows the correct item and charge, I was sent a regular DVD of Swan Lake by the Royal Swedish Ballet at 22.99 UK Pounds. I sent Opus Arte an e-mail to see how this issue could be resolved and I am waiting for a response, but I just wanted to give a heads up to those who might want to consider ordering from Opus Arte.

That sucks... I hope they resolve this quickly and easily.

This happened to me when I bought Breach from an Amazon seller. It stated HD-DVD on the receipt but they sent me the full screen DVD. I contacted them and they fixed it pretty quickly.
