I have the Panny AE900. Currently using the trusty Panny XP-30 dvd player. I have a pretty long run of component cables and really don't want to have to change them out to a long HDMI cable (because of logistics).
Has anyone with this projector used the upconversion hack over component? What were your impressions?
For those that are using this dvd player with the AE900, but with HDMI, what are your impressions?
For the gurus here, do you think I will notice a VERY SIGNIFICANT difference going from the XP-30 to the Oppo DV-970HD?
