I thinking about changing providers and they use this box. Is it any good? Any reviews?

OK With that said, I get my install next week, so I'll report back after some viewing.

I just upgraded my service to HD and they gave me that box, the ADB 3800W.
It won't do HDMI out. Two boxes, connected to the AV receiver first then directly to the TV... no picture.
I'm told there is a firmware upgrade coming that should fix it...
