Have any of you out there experiencing reception problem after DirecTV pushed upgrade to your box? It was done on Tuesday (8/7/07) and the updated sw is 0X2024.

Ever since then, my image is broken up and constantly goes into either 771 Searching for Signal or Multisatellite problem.

Since I have two of these, I reset one of them and now, it cannot even search for signal. It times out at 0% complete.

I've called D* and they are sending someone out this weekend but my past experience with so called techs are, well, I think you guys know how they are....

I have one of the early H20-600 with big 5LNB dish.

I did not find anything by searching this subject so if you've put it to bed already, my apology - but please help!

This information may help. Try unplugging for an hour and let it pick up OF14 which still appears as the current national release. Lots of good information here:

Good Luck!
