Every now and then, when I shut the game off on the PS3, it won't go directly to the main screen and instead reboots the system. I don't know if this is a problem with the disk or the system. Just curious if anyone else has seen or heard of this happening.

How are you shutting it down? When I choose "Quit Game" from the PS menu it always takes me right back to the XMB...

How are you shutting it down?

I press the PS button, it brings up the screen that says Quit Game, and then I click Yes. Most of the time it takes me back to the XMB, but every now and then it refuses to fully shut down and the system reboots itself.

Hmm...don't know what to tell you, then. I haven't seen that problem myself, and a quick Google search didn't turn up anything on the subject.

This game is odd. Occasionally it freezes my PS3 (stuck in loading) and I have to power the unit off.

With Ninja Gaiden Sigma, I was stuck on the loading screen once (out of the many hours played), and had to power off unit manually.

I guess sometimes games just crash the system? Like a PC?

This happens to me when I log out of Home. I choose quit and it reboots the whole system instead of going back to the cross.
