We are looking for a DVD player can show closed caption. Most player will

send the cc info to the TV, and you need to turn on the cc function of TV to

show it. But, when we connect the player to a projector, the projector does

not have the function to show the cc. We thought no player/recorder can do

that until I saw it on Panasonic EZ17K at my friend's house. But, it is over

our budget. Does anyone know another player can do that? or old model

recorder (less than $100)? we don't have digital TV anyway.
