When I am using 1080p with my PS3 with full pixel mode selected, sometimes the picture will randomly flicker off and on. Does anyone know why it is doing that?

I've had a tech come in and replace a board on the TV and I've replaced the Sony PS3 and tried alternative HDMI cables.
