I bought a small condo last year, only 650 sq ft. Pic taken with my cheap Canon. Everything is budget, all Ikea Stuff.

Nice clean setup - similar to mine in my townhouse (I have a huge Ikea Bonde Entertainment Center). I would recommend getting speaker stands for the rear speakers (or at least the one on the right when facing the couch) so that all of you wires are hidden. Also, ideally the rear speakers should be turned slightly in towards the listening position (speaker stands would help with this).

In my personal opinion (for looks - not sound) I would adjust the top shelves behind the TV (if possible) and place the center channel above the TV. Also, you may want to put a picture/painting/poster behind your couch.

Also you should get a Xbox 360 and a universal remote such as a Logitech Harmony 880!

yeah I have a harmony 550, works ok. I been looking at big pic/painting to put above the sofa, but they are expensive, lowest i've seen is like $120 at a discount store like lumber liquidators.

My next upgrade is the onix xl 5.1 set from av123, dont know how they sound but they sure do match my furniture:
