I'm assuming the answer is "yes", but I just want to make sure...I have a 622, and plenty of HD programming...but are the movies available from Dish on Demand in HD? Don't want to spend the $5 and find out they're not. Thanks.

No they are not HD yet. There is a HD PPV channel. They rotate movies on there, so you can DVR the one you want and watch it at your leisure. Sure its not the same as VOD, but hey, its at least HD.

Well, that sucks. I really want to see "300", but only in HD. Hopefully that comes around soon. I've had the DVR for about a month now, and haven't seen a single thing on the PPV channel that looks appealing.

HDnet has Last Man Standing on tonight. Just watched the original DVD of it. Going to record it tonight and throw it on my USB hard drive. HDNet. Universal HD and HBO are great sources of movies for me. I havent seen anything on the PPV I wanted.
