Looking for advice:
In short: I'm looking to hook up 3 devices to 2 displays and swap between those devices on each display. Devices: HD Scientific Atlanta cable box, PS3, and xbox360(non-hdmi) to Displays: Sony Bravia 32" HDTV and BENQ 24" widescreen monitor.
I recently purchased a Onkyo HT-SR800 home theater in a box to try and work this out, but am running in to some hitches on the inputs/outputs. It has 2 HDMI ins, 1 HDMI out, 3 component INs and 1 component out. The TV has plenty of component ins and 1 HDMI in, the monitor has a HDMI and component IN. My cable box has a component and HDMI out. The PS3, which I have not yet purchased, will be HDMI.
Any suggestions on what I could purchase or how I could set what I have up to be able to swap independently between the three devices on two monitors? For example, if I wanted to play 360, I would play it on the Sony Bravia and switch the cable TV to display on my monitor, or even vice versa.
