I was at ABT electronics and they had what they called a RGB-12 bundle. It was a group of 12 wires for component etc. bundled together so you can just run that instead of seperate component cables.

I have been looking for this and unable to find it anywhere on the internet. Would it be better to run something like that or just multiple cables from monoprice?

When we did my parents' place (and both of my places), I just custom built the bundles I needed from individual boxes of RG6, Cat5, etc. I think that's generally the way to go as you get exactly what you need, where you need it, at some increase in labor time (which was "free" for us), and a sharp decrease in materials cost (not enough to offset labor if you're paying for it).

Neither solution is "wrong", just a matter of tradeoffs between them.
