My house has a interesting floorplan that has made for some difficult furnishing decisions. My family/entertainment room is somewhat small and open fully the dining room and hallway/stairs. One wall has a fireplace and the other main wall has a large window. To accommodate I mounted my 46" Samsung LN-4661 on a pedestal style mount in the available corner with 5 Klipsch RSX-4 surrounds and a RCX-4 center. It all looks good and sounds great except for my old Cerwin Vega sub that is placed under the window because there is no other free place to put it. My wife hates seeing it there and seeing that the is some free space behind the LCD in the corner, I am looking for any corner mount subwoofer options.

The only options I have really seen so far are the Atlantic 10e CSB and the Klipsch RT-10d. How are these subs? Are there some better options? The Atlantic retails for half the price of the Klipsch, so it is by far my better bargain and I imagine both would sound stellar compared to my aging Cerwin Vega.

Check out Rel Subs they actually suggest you to place them in a corner.

Atlantic Technology makes a sub that is not only designed for the corner, but is also shaped to fit into it. I don't know, however, if this model will have enough SPL for your specific application, so bear that in mind.

From what I've read, Corner placement is often recommended for subwoofers.

Seems like you might benefit (at least in in WAF terms) from a smaller sealed unit. I'd look into Sunfire, Def Tech Supercubes, or an SVS SB-12.

Also if you like the triangular look, Martin Logan Descent and Depth might be options.

or... the Martin Logan Grotto, closer to the klipsch in price... i think.

The Atlantic Technology sub is on ebay for a little over half of what it normally sells for.
