Just curious if todays news changes whether or not any of these titles will be released on BD.
Considering it has been said Indiana Jones would still be released on BD (more than likely) the only movie that I am actually upset about not getting is Transformers. Are any of these other titles I posted changed by todays news?

small correction...
Star Wars: Lucas Films. Fox has no control over Star Wars, George's deal gave him full control over how, when and on what media "his" movies are released.
Star Wars is distributed by 20th Century Fox.
New Line is a subsidiary of Time Warner.

New Line is a subsidiary of Time Warner.Star Wars on DVD was distributed by Fox. The deal doesn't stretch beyond that. Lucas owns all the rights and will have total control of which HD format his films are on when he releases them 5 years from now.

Alien may come out in the near future but I dont see the other 3 movies coming out anytime soon. I really dont see it happening for awhile.

Those trilogies are always slow to come out. Also Im pretty sure theyre going to put in alot of work to ensure they come looking really good in HD. I dont think they'll be in rush now especially since there is not really a strong demand for it. I think the TNT/HBO features is all theyre going to do for now.
