I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out how to hook up everything in my gaming station. The problem is that I'd like to use the equipment I already own and limit the amount of additional money spent.
The core is my PC gaming computer. It has a 2.1 computer speaker system and 5.1 headphones. I recently upgraded the monitor to a 42" 1080p LCD.
For gaming, I use the speakers during the day and the 5.1 headphones at night or when I need surround sound output. In terms of audio quality, they are more than good enough for gaming.
Is there an easy way to hook my Xbox 360 and PS3 into this setup? Thanks for any advice!
