Dear Experts,
I have recently bought a Onkyo 605 and have hooked it u to the KLIPSCG RF 52 speaker system. The mains dig down till 34HZ. I am quite happy with the Bass. However, I have an old JVC Sub which I was using with a Home theater in a box system The wattage is 50 Watts. The crosover frequency mentioned at the back with a knob is 50-150 Hz. Can I use this with my present set of Klipsch speakers. I am not a big lover of big subwoofers and earth shaking noise. I just want to know this if this subwoofer can adda bit of more subtle punch ( although Iam oaky with the speaker's Bass ) and anyways the old sub is lying around. If I can use it what should be the best crossover point.?? Any suggestions or thoughts are welcome as I am quite new to this subject.
Thanks
