I just got Getgray and I am already having a problem on the second brightness pattern. The background is black and not grey like shown in the instructions. The pattern is also displayed very dark. With the background being black I cannot see all the bars. I only see +1 and +2 the other 3 never show up no matter how high I turn the brightness or contrast. Why is this? I am using a Pioneer DV400V DVD player via HDMI on a Vizio VU42LF. I also tried messing with the brightness setting on the DVD player but this did not help. Any advice? Thanks
