Found a website called preferredphoto.com Anyone heard of this site? The prices on projectors and recievers seem way cheaper than Ive seen anywhere? Selling the $6200 JVC for $4500 that seems like a steal.

Stay away - they have a reseller rating of 1.32 / 10. That's really, really bad. They are almost guaranteed to not be a certified JVC dealer.

Besides, I would talk to your local JVC dealer or AV Science (the hosts of this forum.) You may be surprised at the price, even if it's not quite that low.

As you can see AVS doesn't want threads on street pricing, dealer discussions or where to buy. Not trying to be a wet blanket, but thought you should know. :)

I concur... I called Jason and his team gave me a super deal on an RS1. I highly recommend them.
