He got suckered. Hogan made about $7 million in one year from selling Bay that house.
Says he bought it in 2006 for $12 million and Bay just bought it for $18.9

Dang it, I knew that Hulk hogan wore red for a reason. He is an HD-DVD supporter, and he threatened to put micheal bay in a choke hold... after they both watched 300 on HD-DVD.

Seriously. The real estate is so far down right now, and Hogan somehow turned a 7+mill profit.
Its a pretty nice place from what I have seen on Hogan Knows Best, so we know Bay will enjoy his "red discs" in style =p
