Has a Rumor Section in the HDM forums been considered?

Maybe it'd be good to have an area where rumors can be talked about without the notion of having proof to discuss it. Perhaps it could keep of the speculation in one area.

Seems like a good idea to me; to keep some of the off-the-wall rumors out of the other threads (or at least keep the noise to a minimum).
