Have been shopping around for a sub - and ended up deciding that the SPl1500R was the best for me. Wish I could afford the DD-15!!

My question is, what is the street price on these subs. I have been quoted around $1200 from an authorized dealer (list of $1499). Is this a good deal? Can I do better??
