I'm a subwoofer novice so I need help. Please recommend the optimum settings for my Velodyne VRP-1000.

(NOTE) (Due to very limited space the sub is located behind my cabinet and projects sound out through/around/over components. I know it is a crazy location but that is the only place it can go.):eek:

Crossover - (current set at 80)
Volume - (currently set at 1/4)
Phase - (currently set at 0)

Here is a list of my other gear.

Infinity Alpha Series Speakers 50's bi-amped (front), 20's (sur l/r), 37c (ctr)
Denon AVR 987 (SW vol set at +6) & SW set at LFE
Toshiba HD-DVD HD-A20
Denon DVD/SACD 2200

Sony KDF46E2000 3LCD HD RPTV
