Currently I have here two power supply’s with more or less the same failure.

When I switch on the projector the SMPS try’s to start. But then a chirping noise pops up and the LED on the G2 diag Board start flickering in the same frequency like noise from the SMPS. It looks like that the SMPS try to start. When I change the Power supply the Projector is working fine. The Projectors are BG808s and a BG1208s.
Anybody has an idea what this could be?

If that smps have been working before in that same projector, it's probably not horizontal width adjustment problem...

I already replaced all the capacitors on the primary side.

I can repair them if you want to send them in.
