I was on Bestbuy.com today looking at the new releases and notice that Killzone 2 had a release date of December 31, 2007. Is this old news? I hadn't heard it yet. Or is this just an error on Bestbuy's part? I sure hope it's true but don't want to get my hopes up.

Guerrilla Games have not announced a release date firmly yet. Bestbuy probably just has a 'placeholder' there to take pre-orders etc....

I was hoping that was not the case but it probably is. Although it wouldn't be a stretch to believe that one of these companies released information too early. Oh well, I have pleanty of games to waste my time on until this one comes out.

I actually had the launch date edited at the top of this thread (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=816112) since the day it was announced. :)
