I recently installed a RF repeater system in my basement so I can access my components from other zones of the house. The repeater system works great EXCEPT it wont work with any of the MX series remotes.... no idea why, it just wont.

I am looking for a simple remote with:
A LCD or screen to display devices and custom name devices
Able to plug into computer and download custom codes
Takes AAA or AA bateries (that is where the RF transmitter is)
Not very expensive (around 100 or less)
Not flat screen.. I like the button feel.

The 550 is a nice remote, and takes batteries (you might want to get rechargeable ones though). Less than $80 on amazon.com (free shipping).
