I happen to have Barcovision 600 which is in good shape, owned for many years but has not put many hours on it.
I am wondering, does any one know any electronic unit available to convert analog signal to digital signal for this barco.

No, there's no point. I'm not really sure what you're asking, but this is a video set only. Not HD, HD DVD or BR compatible.
