I'm sure this has been covered before, but I need a quick answer for a friend. He has it narrowed down to 2 sets at CC -- the Panasonic PT52LCX66 for $999 and the Toshiba 50HM67 for $899. Thanks for any & all opinions.

i think u will be more pleased with the Toshiba because of the 3 hdmi ports better picture if they have em at your local cc check em out side by side if buying from the web get Toshiba.
