I am trying to decide on a RPTV that will accommodate my living room that has 4 windows on the lower floor and 4 more windows right above it. Our living room has 21 ft ceilings and i just dont know which tv would be bright enough or have the best anti-glare. I have the mitsubishi 65734 right now. While the picture is great at night, in the daytime its a different story. So i am thinkikng of returning it and getting something else. I can spend about 3k on the tv so any input will greatly be appreciated.
thanks!

The Samsung DLP's are known for having the brightest picture, that may be your best bet.

Like Locomo, I find that my JVC has no trouble with sunshine which comes in late in the afternoon. I always crank the brightness way down with a fresh lamp. Now, even at 6000 hours on the lamp it's still set well below maximum.
Definately the Samsungs are a good bet... if you look at them side-by-side next to other brands they are much brighter.
Samsung HLT-xx87S or 89S
I have 2 big windows plus an 8' slider behind the seating area. Perfect picture in broad daylight with my HL-T5689S.

Yea, the samsungs do look the brightest when i view it at the stores. I havent seen the sony A3000 first hand yet so i cant decide. But for sure, this 65734 is prolly not gonna work in this living room. This is just out the box also, i didnt do any major tweakings yet. The only samsung that is a good fit for our armoire is the 7288. i want to return the armoire but the wife got my hands tied. :(

People are reporting that the Sony A3000s are doing well with sunlit rooms. I have the same issue and will probably get the Sony
How about the new Mitsu Diamonds, the 65833 or 73833? They have the best anti glare and have read they do great with sunlight.

yea i have been waiting for the BB stores around here to get the 65833 so that i can see it in person. I saw the a3000 yesterday but the wife says its too small. I hope they display the 65833 outside of the Magnolia center, because u really dont kno how well it will fair in daylight with that room being so dark already....
