Hello. I am new to this forum. If this is not the right place to post this question, please forgive me. I have a Mitsubishi WL-82913 that suffers from a constantly blinking green light. This occurred after a power outage. The manual says a reset should have the light blink for about 1 minute before normal operation resumes. It has been blinking for about a day now. I have tries the reset button as well as leaving it unplugged for awhile. Any and all help is appreciated.
Thanks.

I have a 55513 with the same problem. Most likely the DM module is burned out. The quote to get the module replaced was $1200, but shopping around might get a lower price (if they can find a module). Yours would probably be more, since it's a fancier set.
The set comes back to life for a day or two once every few weeks (if I unplug it for a while), then dies again. I'm planning to just get a new TV (and it won't be a Mitsubishi).

This can be caused by either an eeprom board or the DM board.

Hello,
I am having this same problem with the exact same set. I moved my Mitsubishi 82" WL-82913 Television from one room to another ... and now, all it does is blink repeatedly.
Can you please tell me what the solution was when you experienced this problem?
or if anyone else has an idea as to what could be wrong ... I would appreciate the help.
thanks in advance,

I downloaded a manual for the Mitsubishi WL-82913 and it has 56 pages. I then saw another manual website and their manual was 67 pages. What info am I missing? Has anyone else bought the manual for this TV?

I have the same Green Blinking Light after moving my TV :(...
I recently purchased a WS73713 from a gentleman about a mile from my house. I went and checked the TV out and it was working fine at his place. I then had the TV moved from his house to my house .. The move was the usual struggle as the tv weighs over 300 lbs.. But no sharp bumps or drops.. Now after I got it into my house and I plug it in, the TV refuses to turn on.. Just a blinking green light at the power button.. I wonder if the move dislodged something in the TV, like a connection or something.. Has anyone had that happen ? Any known fixes or places to look? Any help would be appreciated...
thanks

90% chance it is the caps on the DM board. If you have any electronics experience at all you can fix it yourself. or else pay someone about $300 to do it.

Try pressing sleep on the remote while the light is flashing. Then you should be able to turn on the TV. This happens to mine all the time, and all I have to do is press sleep and it's ready to go.
BTW, I have a WS-65813.

Capacitors on the DM module? but all i did was move the TV ! hmm I will definitely try the sleep button on the remote.... the other possibility someone suggested on hdtvvoice is that I could have a stuck switch in the front panel.. well... if its a stuck switch, would that stop the tv from boooting up? I have pressed the "reset" recessed button a couple of times to no avail... so i guess it is currently down to 3 possibilities..
1. stuck switches on front panel
2. stuck trying to wake up (sleep button fix?)
3. bad DM capacitors.. as many people as have had this problem.. i am doubtful a move can cause this if this problem was not present...
