I just picked up a Phillips 50pf9431d. I was currius what everyone thought about it. If theres any thing I need to look out for etc. any info would be appreciated.:)

Make sure you have a warranty or return guarantee; most of here are not fans or are very cautious on refurbs or open-box specials (unless the price is so cheap it discounts alot of problems).

Oh Yeah deffinetly i bought a 5 year warranty and have a 30 day money back return policy on it. Im getting my HD box this wed so i can really play with it to see how the picture is etc. Worse comes to worse im gonna trade it in and go for the Panasonic TH-42PC77U

3-year warranty is usually enough but your choice.

Hey I have been playing with the colors tint etc on my tv and its looking allot better now. I was wondering does anyone have any settings i should try out??
