I am waiting on a rumble feature before buying any more. What is the hold up on the rumble feature? The immersion lawsuit? From what I've heard, (here I think) the immersion lawsuit has been settled, so theoretically there is no barrier to Sony re-introducing rumble. There is a lawsuit MS filed against Immersion, claiming that they owe MS $$ for Immersions licensing deal with Sony. I was waiting to buy another controller as well, though I was hoping the rumble update would have come in August. Now it hasn't, and Amazon.com's sale on the PS3 controller is over (was $39.99, now back to $49.99). Oh well, here's hoping for a rumble announcement at TGS!! Where have you seen a replacement battery for the controller? I had to open up PS2 controllers on multiple occasions, so I assume that replacing the battery is not too difficult, but I have not read any reports of people doing so.
