Are they possibly the worst ever?

I have not seen worst customer service in my life.

When they transfer you to level 2 because level has the intelligence to answer the phone and that is about it you will be on hold for well over and hour. Once you get there they cannot do anything because they are stupid also and say someone will email you back or call you. Well it has been 2 weeks and still no return call.

I used to love there TV's but quality with there products and support are highly questionable.

Good Bye Mit's there are to many better mfg's out there who will actually care about there customers.

I have worked for an independent dealer for 18 years and never have had problems with mitsubishi service. We are a full service provider so our customers don't worry about that.

My motto is shop with a grocery cart and get **** service. People who buy from the best buy's of the world deserve what they get.:eek:
