I went to check on a barco projector yesterday and the case has Barco Data 808s with Iris 3 printed on it. But when I turned it on it says Barco Graphics 808s on the ID screen. Which one is correct? How can you tell?

The Graphic 808S has sony crt's

you can check the serial no.s on the internal boards - when they are the same as the case serial no. it's probably a data with an eeprom from a graphics.

also the tubes in a graphics are from sony whereas in a data from MEC - the sony's have a small tank on top for the glycol fluid (you should see them when you open the hood).
