Was in a store today in Mississauga. Asked the owner about the KDS-60A2020 pricing. He went away and came back. I know I can't post prices, but the price he quoted me is about 40% below the current Canadian msrp. These prices go into affect Sept. 1 he said.

Unfortunately he didn't even know about the A3000 line. I'm going to see if he will let me buy the 2020 now and let me upgrade to the A3000 when its available. Whenever that is.

Its to be expected.. The A3000's are probably going to drop quite a bit too... The correct price point for this set (on the internet) is probably 1600-1800 dollars (I give it 3 months before they are at this point). I got mine for 1965 from Best Buy. The 2020's need to be cleared out, so their price is going to plummet quickly.
