I was really hoping for CSI Vegas (original one). Either way good news.

Oh great, the ugliest looking one goes HD. How about Vegas or Miami? IMO, Miami looks the best in HD.

as if we all don't get enough of csi whatever on broadcast tv and need to watch it again on disc.

What's next? Big brother 11 12 or whatever it is now. Nothing quite like a series based on people bitching at each other to really wet the hd whistle.

I love CSI, this will be mine. I hope they'll publish CSI Las Vegas too, I'm a great fan of William Petersen.

sorry, but this is actually wrong.
imagion made some kind of promo hd dvd for a german magazine "heimkino" (Hometheater) to show what hd dvd is capable of (new audio codecs, picture in picture audio commentary, ...). it only features one episode of csi: ny :-/
