My old BG400 has been hanging on the ceiling of my HT for about a year now unused - we've brought a new place and it's not coming with.

I'm giving it away for free, PM me if you're interested.

It was in working order last time I turned it on - probably around June '06. The only known problem it had was it would occasionally blow the the fuse to the convergence board. I never got it fixed, I would just replace the fuse and it would be good for another couple of months. It comes with the manuals and a VGA to BNC cable.

The last source used with it was an HTPC, running 720p. (1280x720@60hz)

I'm not going to part it out, I'm not shipping it anywhere, so don't ask! I'm not even going to get it down from the ceiling - whoever picks it up has to do that so bring some strong friends. I threw out my back packing boxes for the move so I can't help there.

It has to be gone by 6th September, if no one wants it by then, well... it has to be off the ceiling - so I'll put a couple of mattresses under it and undo the bolts, if it survives the fall it's going to Goodwill, if not... the dumpster.
