I am looking for something very specific (nothing crazy, though), and I only seem to find it at websites with large numbers of products, and not local retailers. The thing is, so far, every site I've found has had a very shoddy track record.... www.racksandstands.com included (I can provide links to elaborate on this).

ANyone know of an online dealer with good variety that DOESN'T have a bad track record?

I'll try my local retail, but I've already determined Ikea isn't gonna do it, and BestBuy probably won't either. I would like a 40''-42'' open design, metal/glass or metal/mdf construction.

Their overall rating is 4.5 (out of 5) stars. Not too bad. Many members of this forum have used racksandstands (I'm not one of them) without issue.

Good to know ppl haven't had problems here. From what it sounds like, the service you get is dependent on the manufacturer. If they have your gear in stock, and a decent shipping service, then you're in good shape. If they don't... things can get pretty ugly.

To be honest, after reading people's experiences, and the company's "That's just how we do business" response, I'm loathe to spend a dollar @ any CSN Stores website, on principle alone!
