I'd like to record the South Carolina game this weekend while out of town by ordering it and setting the DVR to manually record that channel and time slot. TWCSC has only been able to say that it "may not work."

Has anyone ever tried this?

here in KY we use motorola boxes, and im sure they work, but i'd say the iffy part is if the PPV actually activates. it seems like we have some issues with PPV's activating due to the limits set on the boxes.

as long as you have it set to buy and record, it shouldnt be a problem
