Hi y'all. Love the Harmony 880, but had this problem. When I use the pc program to customize the bottons (the 8 buttons next to the LCD screen) by selecting "additional buttons," some of the entries I make are not being saved even after selecting "done." I will input the button name, device, and input key, and after pressing "done" and checking it again, sometimes (not always) the buttons that I inputted have disappeared. Is this a bug that other ppl have experienced? I might just try deleting that "action" and creating it anew since nothing seems to help.

Is the same command (not command name..the actual IR command) assigned to a different button also? This is the only thing I know of that will prevent a command being assigned.
