What is up with that?
I reset my box and lost all the HD's off sat.
Called them and they replaced the dish, box and still same issues.
Someone finally said on the phone that they are having issues and I will not have those chs until they fix the issue. I am mad.:mad:

maybe they are getting ready to put D10 online? Their system blacked out my Indians game tonight. They are having issues for sure tonight.

No problems here.

The latest upgrade turned off my HD channels also. I found out that the upgrade changed the sat setup to 3 lnb mode. You have to go into the setup area and change the sat setup back to 5 lnb.

It gives me error when I do that. 3 LNB's is the only one that works since the upgrade.

I would call technical support. You do have the 5 lnb dish correct? I seem to remember getting an error when setting up as well. You just have to ignore the error message and continue on and complete the setup.
