You were on the Dolby -True HD side now on this post you like PCM track heh? You better pray and continue voice your appreciation for PCM or it will be too late. You won't enjoy movies when they stop producing PCM. So please keep up your support for PCM ;)

I still like dolby true hd, I was just saying that I found the volume slightly louder in PCM than dolby true hd in Ghost Rider and the compression rate higher than dolby true hd.Why would they get rid of uncompressed PCM?

I heard rumor that next year studios will go for true-HD but it's just a rumor. That's why I have been expressing myself strongly support PCM and I myself is not enough. WE need more people voice themselves support for PCM

This is due to the higher replication costs of BD-50. I am pretty sure that many studios would resort to BD-25 when they find means to rationalize the content and features. At present the BDA is forced to release in BD-50 with lower price tag because of the on-going format war and the demands from BD customers. However when it comes to FOX they price it high knowing that they won't reap the fruits by pricing BD-50s way too low. In case BD wins the war don't be surprised to find out many BD-25 releases.
