Sadly, according to that link there's no English subs on that disc.

Sadly, according to that link there's no English subs on that disc.I know, but then again in most discs released in the States there are no German sub-titles. I'll be glad when Blu-ray reaches the point where we could down-load subtitles (and dialog would be even better) in a chosen language to our Blu-ray discs.

Yes this is true, thats really sad i dont understand that neither!! BUT i can give you hope, after that Steelbook relase, 'Kinowelt' will release ANOTHER version of Pan's Labyrinth blu-ray, but NOT a steelbook version. maybe we get english audio or at least english subs on that 2cnd release.

this will be a collector item once it's limited production is done. a regular dvd steelbook is limited itself and tends to double the price when it's out of print. with blu-ray, i expect it to be less production on them. as more and more people adopt blu-ray,this will be a sought after item for collector just because a lot of people collect steelbook in general.

Buy the steel case alone and put the SD DVD version with ENG subs in the holder.

The UK release in November will have lossless audio with English Subs. On both formats but unfortunately I doubt there will be steel case.

Curse the lack of English subs. I love steelbook cases and the movie was excellent. I would have been all over this.

I'll be waiting for your reply regarding region coding.

Please confirm that no subtitles are forced.

Feel free to PM me with you findings.

Thanks for the heads up.
